✈️  Travel and Expenses

In addition to the speaking fee, the client is responsible for all travel-related expenses — including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and ground transportation.
For international air travel, business class accommodations are requested.

📝  Cancellation Policy​​

📅  More than 120 days out – Cancel or reschedule with no penalty.
🗓️  61–120 days out – and not rescheduled - 25% of the speaking fee is due.
⏳  31–60 days out – and not rescheduled - 50% of the speaking fee is due.
⚠️  30 days or less – and not rescheduled - 100% of the speaking fee is due.
🧳  If travel has already been booked – Any prepaid, non-refundable travel expenses (airfare, hotel, etc.) must be reimbursed in full.
